2) Fill out a work order
3) Attach your serve (California statewide court-filing also available).
4) Pay securely by credit card (Standard Service - Statewide New York: $79.50 // Nationwide: $99.50).

Your serve will be completed in 3 to 7 business days. Securely track, view, and archive your serve online (Rush & Next-Day service available).
Affidavit proof-of-service uploaded for immediate review with a hardcopy follow-up by mail.

American-Process-Servers.com has partnered with Lawdex to provide rapid service of process to all of our customers over the web. As always, you'll be working directly with American Process Servers. We manage and deliver all serves. Lawdex provides your online payment and delivery portal through their Secure Document Exchange (SDX), allowing you to initiate and track all of your serves over the web.

American-Process-Servers.com has partnered with Lawdex to speed service of process, court filings (Limited for now to California), and legal correspondence through your office and the legal community.

Using SDX, your firm's attorneys and legal staff can rapidly initiate service of process or court filing (CA Only) through our trusted national network of process servers.

As our client, you will also be able to track your job status online. All work is archived with its associated affidavits and conformed copies.

Fees for Service of Process start at a flat rate of $79.50 for Standard Service in New York State and, $99.50 Nationwide per defendant or witness to be served. Court filings start at $49.50 (CA Only). Additional charges will apply for Rush and Same Day/24 hour service. In rare circumstances other charges may apply, in which case we'll notify you in advance.
